Editorial Policy
Our Editorial Policy is simple – “we get no pay for what we say”…er, or write.

Our Media Partners pay for advertising and these advertisements will be clearly marked as such. Our Media Partnerships are entered into only if we believe the services or products they offer will benefit you – our valued LBD member.

The LBD is your trusted source for our expert opinions regarding topics, services or products that will make it easier for you to look your best!

LBD ESSENTIALS (PRODUCTS)

Shipping and Handling

• The flat shipping and handling rate is CDN$15 per shipping address.
• Shipping is available only to Canada and the USA at this time.
• Either FedEx or Canada Post will be used to deliver items.
• Signature upon delivery is required for most items.
• Due to the hand-made and made-to-order nature of LBD essentials items, you should expect to receive your item within 3 to 4 weeks.
• During holidays, there may be a delay, especially to US shipping addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your product has been shipped an email confirmation with a tracking number and name of carrier will be sent.

Order Change or Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order or change your order, please contact us at products@thelittleblackdress.net or call1-877-537-1410 ext 1 as soon as possible.

We will do all that we can to accommodate your request. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order. Once you receive the shipped item, please complete the “LBD Returns Form” inside the package and mail it, the sales receipt and the unopened item tothe following mailing address:

Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Return Policy
Items are accepted for credit or exchange only if returned unopened and in saleable condition within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt and the completed “LBD Returns Form”. Returns must be sent to the following mailing address:

We recommend shipping via a traceable method as we are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged by carriers.

For refund on returned items, the item must be shipped to the company within 14 days from receival.

Kindly note there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Defective Items
Defective items should be returned for replacement within 14 days of receival, afterwhich the company is not responsible for repair or replacement.
